Well, we thought it was dry in March 2014, we hadn’t seen the worst of it yet. Agistment ran out at Cunnamulla at the end of October. So we loaded all the cows up plus 140 calves and brought them home and started feeding again. Our first rain came on the 11th of December, 13ml. By the end of December we had a total of 115ml and 165ml in January, most of the dams had fresh water and the grass country exploded. Sale bulls went onto forage in January. But by the end of January the dry weather started again. February, March, April and May rain total has been only 55ml. Considering all this the sale bulls will be presented in good, fit working condition.
